Look for constraints rather than a headline speed

Combine the visit with regional resource evidence, the proposed hub height and the site's energy demand. Ask whether the uncertainty is large enough to change a purchase decision. If it is, specify a suitable measurement campaign or specialist assessment before selecting equipment.

The site report should distinguish observations, assumptions and conclusions. Preserve the handheld readings as dated supporting evidence, alongside the location plan. This creates a useful enquiry package while avoiding the misleading claim that a single visit has validated a year of generation or a project payback.
