10 kW mechanical variable-pitch wind turbine specifications
Maximum power and rated power are different specifications. The generator voltage is configurable; 380 V AC system output requires the specified control and power-conversion equipment.

| Final system output | 380 V AC with the specified electrical package |
Mechanical pitch regulation
Wind pressure and rotor speed changes act on the mechanical pitch mechanism to change the blade pitch. Pitch regulation adjusts the rotor operating condition as wind conditions and rotational speed change. The 10 kW model has an 8 m three-blade reinforced-fiberglass rotor and a permanent-magnet three-phase AC generator.
Mechanical yaw and braking
Mechanical yaw positions the rotor relative to the wind. Blade pitch regulation, yaw alignment and braking perform separate functions. The supplied stopping arrangement uses a mechanical brake or an electromagnetic brake, as specified in the equipment quotation. Confirm the selected brake and its operating procedure for the installation.
Generator voltage and 380 V AC system output
The generator produces three-phase AC, with its output-voltage specification configurable for the selected project. The final system output is 380 V AC when supplied with the specified control and power-conversion equipment. This system-output value does not describe the generator terminal voltage. Specify the required frequency, connection requirements and included equipment in the quotation.
Wind conditions and installation
The stated 3 m/s start-up wind speed describes rotor start-up, rather than guaranteed useful electrical output. Rated power is specified at 12 m/s. Annual energy production requires wind data at the proposed hub height and an applicable power curve.
Installation planning covers the tower interface, foundation, rotor clearance, cable route, earthing, lifting access and maintenance access. Tower and control equipment are identified separately in the supply scope.
FAQ
Questions before ordering
How is blade pitch adjusted?
The mechanical mechanism responds to wind pressure and rotor speed changes to adjust the blade pitch.
Does this model use electric yaw?
This product uses mechanical yaw. It belongs to the mechanical variable-pitch product line.
Can I order the turbine assembly separately?
Yes. Identify whether you need the turbine assembly only or a package with the controller and converter. The final quotation defines the interfaces and included equipment.
